Parties and Gift Vouchers

Let your child and their friends enjoy a fun filled celebration afloat with the Shorebase at Ladyburn lake. Kids and teens parties are 2 hours duration and available to book through our office. 10 am through to 4pm weekends and in the school holidays, Also 5pm to 7pm during term time.
The standard cost of the session for eight party goers is £180.00. However, if there’s a larger group you can pay £18 per additional person. Up to a total group number of 16.
When you arrive at our base, Druridge Bay Country Park, we’ll meet your group and kit them up for wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets (if appropriate). We will then head down to the water for your groups chosen activity, we have stand up paddle-boards, sit on top kayaks, and the party favourite 8-person Mega SUP.
We can adapt the activities to the group age and abilities, also the weather conditions on the day, (wind conditions are always a major consideration when delivering activities and in some extreme situations it may be necessary for us to reschedule the session). The session usually concludes with the ever- popular jetty jumping and/or SUP slide.
Weather permitting there are picnic benches adjacent to our launching area if you wanted to bring along your own food or cake, if the weather is not cooperating then we do have a limited amount of space inside our stores where your own food could be enjoyed. There is also the Country Park café next door with a variety of hot and cold food and drinks available.

Gift Vouchers from £18 can now be purchased online through the link below or contact our office by email: info@coquetshorebase.org.uk. The value of the Voucher can be put towards any of our available activities tours, training courses or hires. With no exclusions and no expiry date.
We have worked with Hadston House, a youth and community project, to provide various sessions and activities.
